Paid Time Off
IncredibleBank encourages employees to take time off throughout the year to re-energize; therefore, we provide Paid Time off (PTO) benefits to all full-time and part-time employees. The number of PTO hours awarded is based on years of service per the schedule below. Pro-rated PTO is available to part-time employees who are scheduled to work an average of at least 20 hours per week (.50 FTE).
The PTO plan combines Vacation, Personal, and Sick time into one leave bank and allows employees flexibility in utilizing those hours as they wish. PTO hours can be used for any reason the employee chooses, such as vacation, personal days, employee or family illness, appointments, FMLA, and emergencies. PTO time can be taken in increments as small as one hour; although full days (8 hours) and half days (4 hours) are the preferred increments. All time away from work requires manager approval.
