Paid Time Off
IncredibleBank encourages employees to take time off throughout the year to re-energize; therefore, we provide Paid Time off (PTO) benefits to all full-time and part-time employees. The number of PTO hours awarded is based on years of service per the schedule below. Pro-rated PTO is available to part-time employees who are scheduled to work an average of at least 20 hours per week (.50 FTE).
The PTO plan combines Vacation, Personal, and Sick time into one leave bank and allows employees flexibility in utilizing those hours as they wish. PTO hours can be used for any reason the employee chooses, such as vacation, personal days, employee or family illness, appointments, FMLA, and emergencies. All time away from work requires manager approval.
PTO Schedule
PTO hours are accrued on January 1 for the full calendar year. An annual PTO carryover of 40 hours maximum will be allowed to be carried into the next calendar year and must be used by March 31st. The timekeeping system will carry eligible hours over without request. PTO calculation is based upon the anniversary that the employee will reach as of December 31st of that respective year.
