Paid Time Off
IncredibleBank encourages employees to take time off throughout the year to re-energize; therefore, we provide Paid Time off (PTO) benefits to all full-time and part-time employees. The amount of PTO hours granted depends on your years of service, as outlined in the schedule below. Pro-rated PTO is available to part-time employees who are scheduled to work an average of at least 20 hours per week (.50 FTE).
The PTO plan combines Vacation, Personal, and Sick time into one leave bank and allows employees flexibility in utilizing those hours as they wish. PTO hours can be used for any reason the employee chooses, such as vacation, personal days, employee or family illness, appointments, FMLA, and emergencies. All time away from work requires manager approval.
PTO Schedule
PTO hours are accrued on January 1 for the entire calendar year. You can carry over up to 40 hours of PTO into the next year, but they must be used by March 31st. The timekeeping system will automatically carry over eligible hours. PTO calculation is based on the anniversary you will reach by December 31st of that year.
