Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is also provided up to the amount of your life benefit of 2x times your annual salary (up to a maximum of $400,000) at no cost to you.

Voluntary Supplemental Life Coverage
- Administered by Symetra
- Option to purchase additional life insurance beyond the bank’s coverage (employee, employee’s spouse, employee’s children)
- Up to $100K/$50K guarantee issue for Employee/Spouse without evidence of insurability upon becoming benefit eligible. A child’s maximum coverage amount is $10K through age 25 or a disabled child who is continuously incapable of self-sustaining employment because of mental or physical handicap and primarily reliant upon you for support.
- An employee must take out a policy on themselves in order to add coverage to a spouse (up to 50% of employee’s policy) or child at a flat $10K
- Benefit is portable after 1 year of participation
