**Mod-Time: The additional 4 hours will only apply to weeks employees physically work between 20-25 hours. During weeks with scheduled Holidays, PTO, bereavement, etc. employees must physically work 20 hours minimum, and not go over 29 hours factoring in all additional accruals/leave of absences.
**The Weekender: The 12 hours minimum for the week includes the Saturday shift.
