Take advantage of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), GuidanceResources, offered through Symetra which includes WorkLife Services. You, your dependents, and all household members can contact master’s degree clinicians 24/7 by phone, online, live chat, email and text. There’s even a Mobile App! * Members have access to 5 sessions per issue per year. All IncredibleBank employees and eligible family members are eligible to use the EAP program.
