Employee Referral Bonus
IncredibleBank employees are eligible to receive a bonus of $750 for candidate referrals who become employed by IncredibleBank and a bonus of up to 10% of their base salary, with a maximum of $20,000 for referring Financial Advisors who become employed by IncredibleWealth.
Flexible/Remote Work
IncredibleBank is committed to helping employees find a successful work/life balance by offering a number of possible flexible work arrangements. These arrangements provide employees with increased flexibility within their work schedule while allowing IncredibleBank to maintain a progressive and productive work environment. Flexible/Remote working allows an employee to work from home on a full-time or part-time basis.
Grandparental Leave
IncredibleBank is supporting employees who are grandparents by providing them up to 3 days of paid leave to bond with a newborn or a newly adopted grandchild.
IncredibleBank High School Scholarship Program
IncredibleBank has an annual scholarship program that includes current IncredibleBank employees as well as children of IncredibleBank employees that will graduate high school and attend an accredited degree granting institution. The People Team will announce the application process in the spring of each year.
Tuition Reimbursement
IncredibleBank offers several education opportunities to allow employees to grow professionally. This includes programs resulting in a degree, professional certification, or Continuing Education (CEU). Employees are eligible for up to a $3,000 reimbursement per calendar year (must meet eligibility requirements). Please contact the People Team for assistance with this program.

Wellness Holiday
We care about our employees and want to make sure you take care of you! The Wellness Holiday is intended to encourage employees time off for annual Wellness visits or even as a Mental Health Day. Time off should be scheduled the same as a PTO day.
